Summer challenges

Lots of questions for you this summer....
1. Do you wear your amplification (hearing aids/Cochlear implant/FM) during the summer? Why or why not?

2. How do you overcome the challenges of swimming (lessons or for fun) without your amplification?

3. Do you tell people you meet over the summer (at camp, perhaps) that you have a hearing loss?

Have a wonderful summer! Thank you in advance for your comments:)

  2. 1. Never. I am not interested in amplification. I only wear them cuz teacher forces me to.
    2. Swimming is a no-brainer. No amplification needed. South African Olympian swimmer doesn't wear amplification.
    3. They all know I am deaf because they want to learn and use sign language.
